Position: Supervisor/Deputy Manager
Salary: £10 per hour – 40 hour contract – £20,800
Potential signing on bonus for the right candidate

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for a supervisor for a food/forecourt retailer who are expanding, opening new stores and driving forward. We are looking for a supervisor that has high merchandising standards and can develop a team to drive customer service at all times.

Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment is essential, having food retail; convenience retail or a supermarket background would be an advantage. We are open to speaking to candidates who want to reach the next level in their career and will consider applications from Supervisors, team leaders, Assistant Managers or Deputy Managers who want to develop to become a Store Manager in the future.

To be our clients new supervisor, you will be a hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven retail manager who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service!

You will need your own transport to travel to our clients' stores, in addition we want a proven Store Manager who can support other stores across the area when required so a flexible approach is a must.

As a Supervisor you will be supporting the store manager in the following:

Driving customer service standards in your store.
Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
Training, coaching and developing your team.
Maintain company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
Achieving store and company KPI's.
Profit protection and stock management
Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis. Our client's supervisor role is the ideal next challenge for someone with experience of managing teams and driving results in fast paced stores. We will consider applications form ambitious candidates and retail managers who want a return to an industry they are passionate about.

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary circa £20k-£21k plus bonuses, which is reviewed throughout your career. Please note, due to locations and working hours you will need your own transport. This is essential.
