Role: Luxury Store Manager
Salary: Up to £35k basic with uncapped bonuses and realistic earnings of £45,000 to £65,000.
Location: Milton Keynes

We are exclusively recruiting for a Luxury Retail Sales Professional in Milton Keynes who can lead a team and has enthusiasm for sales and building customer relations and loyalty.

A leading Premium retailer is seeking experienced Sales professionals to drive profitably in their store located in a high profile shopping destination. The ideal candidate will be results driven, experienced in one to one sales, and able to use initiative by following up on enquiries and leads. Accomplished at delivering customer service and building a client base your focus will be to increase footfall to the store. Your role responsibilities include:

* Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty to the brand.
* Driving sales through delivery of strong product knowledge and service skills.
* Maintain high presentation standards within the store at all time.
* Working to key performance indicators alongside your team.
* Act as a brand ambassador, resulting a positive brand experience for the customer at all times.
* Be able to gain & maintain strong client relationships.

This is an ideal role for someone with Luxury Retail Sales experience and working in a target driven environment, this could be sales, luxury retail, recruitment or similar.
