We have an exciting opportunity for a Ski Specialist to join us here at Ellis Brigham in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary from £9 per hour.

From the moment you join us as our Ski Hardware Specialist you’ll be part of a team who are instrumental in sharing their passion for the outdoors with our customers. Our staff play a crucial role in enabling our customers to get outdoors in the best kit for their current adventures and get inspired for many future adventures to come.

Our stores are staffed by product experts who can guide customers through our collection of the greatest outdoor brands available.

What you’ll be doing as our Ski Specialist:

– Representing Ellis Brigham and helping to inspire customers to get the most out of their skiing adventures

– Contributing to an open and friendly environment in our stores where everyone feels welcome

– Working with the rest of the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and reach the store targets

– Help customers select the best ski products for their needs – dedicating time to fitting ski boots to the highest standards

– Continually developing your knowledge and expertise around our products and sports to give you the best skills possible

– Work alongside your colleague to maintain the store to the highest standards, ensuring it is easy and enjoyable for customers to shop

– Carryout store operations with care and accuracy to make sure we have seamless operations instore

Who are you:

– You love skiing!

– You have great communication skills and can easily interact with a wide and diverse mix of customers

– You may have worked in previous customer facing roles or can demonstrate your ability to engage with customers

– You are honest, hard working and take pride in what you do

– You are willing to learn and actively look for development

– You are comfortable working in a team and taking direction, but also happy to make your own decisions

– You want to work in an environment where everyday can be different and that hardwork and good fun go hand in hand
