We are looking for a Senior Buyer to grow a growing marketing agency. Working within the buying department you will be responsible for a range of blue-chip accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Helping to manage an established supplier base whilst bringing on new supply routes.
Negotiating costings and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Writing detailed product specifications, quality expectations and purchase orders.
Managing and development of key account web stores and merchandise programmes.
Liaising with all departments to ensure projects are delivered to schedule.

The successful candidate will have/be:

A-Level education or equivalent
5 year's previous buying, production or sourcing experience.
5 years' experience within the promotional merchandise industry or consumer goods industry.
Experience with negotiations
Realise savings and maximise efficiency with existing supply chain.
Management of suppliers, reviewing performance and KPI's.
To actively monitor and review current processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies wherever possible with a focus on what the business needs.
A keen interest in sourcing from manufacturers around the world
Commercially aware and experience of managing budgets.
A can-do attitude and willingness to tackle a diverse array of tasks.
Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
Enjoy working as part of a team, with good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Moderate level skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, MS Teams.
