I am supporting a leading publication company with a family feel, in their search for a Retail Stock Controller. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service with a natural inquisitiveness, logical thinking & be extremely organised.

This role supports the creation & fulfilment of orders of stock & fixture items. Day to day this role will be analysing sales reports and product performance as well as resolving stock issues & processing returns. You will work closely with the Broker Controller to ensure everyone is kept up to date with any issues that may affect fulfilment of stock or fixture demands.

About you:

A strong Customer Service background
Experience working within stock control (preferred)
Good working knowledge of Excel, SAP or similar MRP (desirable)
Keen eye for detail
Clear communicator at all levels of the business

This role would suit someone who has a keen desire for learning & continuous improvement.
