Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting for their client in Milton Keynes for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant ideally with Furniture or Bulky Goods experience.

My client is a fast growing company and we are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in a similar industry that breathe sales, love developing a team and have amazing customer service skills.

Hours: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)

Salary: £16-18k per annum + bonus & commission OTE £30-45k

As a Sales Assistant you will be required to:

Greet, Assist, demonstrate and sell products to customers

Provide professional customer service

Deal with all customer queries in a professional manner in line with company procedures

The ideal candidate will present the following skills and abilities:

Previous retail experience ideally within furniture or bulky goods

A proven track record of successfully meeting and / or exceeding targets

Excellent communication skills
