Do you have experience within retail selling a high end brand? Do you have the ability to learn about a product and advise customers? If so then this is the job for you!
Our client are a high end retailer who are looking for customer service advisers to join their busy customer contact centre where you will be delivering excellent customer service via the telephone. You will be managing calls and "liver person" instant messages as an online support.
* To act as the first point of contact for all inbound online and telephone sales enquiries.
* Providing expert door advice whilst upselling and cross-selling products such as door furniture.
* Processing Orders and raising quotations over the telephone and via Live Chat.
* Processing orders generated by the Todd Doors website.
* Liaising with customers to book deliveries.
* Following up on active quotations.
* Confidently communicating with customers, via the Telephone/Live Chat/Email, and dealing with their enquiries efficiently
* Advising on customer feedback and faults regarding the website.
* Professionally representing the company always.
You will need to have high end retail experience, where part of your role would have been to be an expert around product knowledge and ideally you would have come from a bathroom or kitchen sales environment.
The hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5.30pm or Monday – Friday 10am-7.30pm,
Saturday 9am-5.30pm
Sunday 10am-4pm
You will work one full weekend in 4 (2 days off during the week)
