We are recruiting for a purchasing administrator to join a supply chain team to support the procurement process for our client in West Milton Keynes.
As a purchasing administrator, your main duties will be:
* to raise, place, and track purchase orders with supplier and expedite where required
* to maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers
* to investigate and manage all discrepancies
* to assist with reconciliation of invoices
* to assist with expediting credit notes
* to assist with running and analysing Supply Chain reports
To be a successful purchasing administrator you will
* be extremely numerate
* have excellent Excel skills
* be able to quickly adapt to different software packaging Dynamics Nav and Demand Solutions
* be able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
The shifts as a purchasing administrator are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
Ideally, the successful purchasing administrator will have experience within a supply chain environment
