I am supporting a market leading design and manufacturing business based in Milton Keynes with their search for a Project Coordinator to join their Installation and after-sales team.
This is a new position due to a successful year and continued growth within the team. The business are ambitious, creative and innovative and looking for like minded people to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of Installation you will support the sales team, install team and external customers in the planning and procurement processes of multiple projects.
The Role
Liaise with sales and pre-sales teams with handovers of new projects, manage materials needed and plan project time lines
Work closely with Contract Managers to ensure projects are coordinated to high standards and on time
Manage the relationship with overseas factory and logistics partner to ensure shipping dates are scheduled within time-frames whilst always updating customers on lead times
Overall responsibility of procurement process from start to finish through to invoicing and PO approvals
Continuously offer excellent customer service to customers and update them on projects at all times
Process warranty claims internally and communicate to customers throughout the whole processAbout You
