Routeco is looking for a detail orientated individual to join our pricing team as a pricing coordinator on a fixed term contract for 6 months. You’ll be joining a dynamic nationwide sales network of 250 people at one of the UK's leading distributors of industrial automation and control products.
The Pricing Coordinator will liaise with a selection of internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Pricing Team.
We are looking for somebody who can work in our bespoke pricing portal, accurately input data, navigate around our partner pricing system and make good decisions pricing requests

Pricing Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Processing all Special Pricing requests and revising customer and distributor terms for UK, and Euro countries
• Loading Special Pricing Agreements and assisting with any queries.
• Loading and Maintaining Special Pricing Agreements from complimentary suppliers on business system.
• Liaising with Branches/Suppliers/Customers on pricing queries and counters where appropriate.
• Analyse account information regarding turnover against PGC and relative buying discounts achieved.
• Presenting data to sales teams to minimise their admin time and request SPA’s quickly.
• Take charge of your personal development and contribute to the evaluation of performance in line with Routeco’s core competencies and learning and development framework.
• Observe Health & Safety policy and procedures
Pricing Coordinator Requirements:
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including advanced Excel. (Vlookups, IF statements, Formula’s)
• Attention to detail.
• Being well organised and dependable will be important factors in being successful in this role.
• A cautious and detailed/ accurate approach towards task completion is a requirement of the role.

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Hours: Full Time, 35 per week
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum based on experience
