As the Online Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the performance, development and optimisation of our client's online channels and platforms. You will work closely with the IT and eCommerce team on a day to day basis and your key responsibilities will include:

Support the Development Operations Manager to deliver effective day to day running of the website to offer customers a seemless, first class experience.
Work with the team to deliver the development roadmap.
Perform UAT testing for new website development initiatives.
Support ideation, product backlog management and ticket creation.
Provide support to the eCommerce team, including site monitoring and ad hoc tasks.
Build great relationships with our 3rd party partners.
Support the wider business with using web platform, ensuring they have all the support they need to do their job.About you:

Minimum of one year's experience working in a fast paced, eCommerce or retail business
Experience working with a content management system (CMS).
An understanding of MVT and A/B testing.
Experience of UAT testing is advantageous
An understanding of Digital Marketing.
Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of user analytics (Adobe, Google Analytics etc) is desirable.
