Role: Accessory Supplier Fulfilment Specialist

Location: Remote working

Duration: 6 months initially

Rate: £17.95/hour PAYE

Role Description:

Work with suppliers to understand why there are delays and work with them to bring them back on schedule, this may involve going to tier 2 or 3 of the supply base
Ensure our systems are populated with up to date information on pricing, lead times and minimum order quantities and a change control process is respected to maintain accuracy of the data
Support the migration to the Accessory business and suppliers to new planning and forecasting tools, including using the approved communication and information exchange portals used to connect with its suppliers.Experience:

3/5+ years' experience in a sourcing/buyer type role.
Comfortable/assertive working with suppliers and in a internal team working on digital and lean solutions to improve the way we work with our suppliers to achieve on time delivery.
As described below the work would range from connecting with suppliers globally where we have fulfilment issues to ensuring our data is accurate.
Understand supplier management solutions and quality management system with respect to the supplier management.
