An FMCG business with exciting growth plans is looking to hire an Ecommerce Inventory Coordinator to join their business, initially on a four day week basis.
 
The Business
 
This FMCG business are a part of a wider group with exciting growth plans. They experienced growth during the pandemic, and this is a brand new role to manage the increase in volumes.
 
The Role
 
You will be in charge of managing stock replenishment of the Ecommerce channel for their products. Taking into consideration the lead times and ensuring accuracy of replenishment plans.
 
Responsibilities include:

Managing the inventory and replenishment of the Ecommerce account(s) and ensuring optimum inventory levels.
Analysing sales forecast vs product performance and report discrepancies to senior stakeholders.
Resolving any issues with inbound stock.
Managing 3PL projects. 
The Person

Analytical mindset and process driven.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups).
Problem skills are essential and the ability to remain calm.
Experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics role is advantageous.
Ecommerce experience desirable
