Work from home role and in the office until government guidelines change (although will need to attend the CMK office for training)> then on a rota basis in the office and working from home.
Working as an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor
You’ll need to be confident on the telephone having had some experience of speaking to customers over the telephone and resolving issues, as you can take up to 100 calls per day. You’ll be the voice of the company.
To be considered for this role:
* Customer Service Experience (5 year)
* Experience of handling inbound and outbound calls
* Confident telephone manner
* Self-starter and reliable
* Knowledge of Excel (even if it’s basic)
* Knowledge of Magento or SAP would be a plus
Working 37.5 Hours Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (30 mins lunch), pay and display parking, kitchen, free tea, coffee, treat fridge, microwave.
