Retail Customer Service Representative

Full time and permanent role

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our customer in Milton Keynes – one of the leading rental companies in the UK.

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times, as well as maximising sales opportunities where possible.

Responsibilities:

·         Identify customers’ needs, take reservations and close enquiries

·         Meet and exceed all customer requirements

·         Identify sales opportunities

·         Resolve any customer complaints or issues

·         Completion of all required documentation

About You:

·         Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Administrative skills

·         Computer skills

·         Previous experience in a retail or customer-focussed environment

·         Must hold full UK driving licence (must have held for 12 months minimum)

Salary & Shifts:

·         Salary of £19,657

·         40 hours per week

·         Monday-Saturday operation (Saturdays on rota)

·         9-5pm

·         Some on-call / out of hours will be on the rota for this role

·         30 days holiday

·         Pension scheme

·         Summer and Christmas events
