The Customer Service Role

From providing a warm online welcome to potential or existing customers, through to helping customers select the right product for their needs, you will be responsible for creating a personalised shopping experience for every customer. No optical experience is necessary as we will provide all of the relevant training, however, excellent written and verbal communication, a passion for helping people and previous experience in customer service is essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customer on inbound calls to convert into sales
Managing live chat
Outbound calls to customers to provide order updates
Responding to customer emails
Working closely with the merchandising team relaying customer feedback on products
Working closely with the marketing team relaying customer feedback on new trends
Dealing with customer complaints
Managing online reviews
Dealing with customer returns Requirements

Be someone who is enthusiastic with a strong appetite for growth
A passion for helping people
Ability to resolve customer complaints in a clam and collective manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a previous e-commerce customer service role
Speed and accuracy in typing
