We now have an opportunity to join them and open up a brand-new concession where you will be responsible for all results and standards!

Our client has performed really well for a number of years and we are now supporting them with the next part of their growth and expansion. We are looking for a Concession Manager who is able to deliver a truly world class service. The new Concession Manager will be able to drive the team to deliver all sales targets and results.

The amazing role

To be our clients new Concession Manager, you will be a hands on, commercial and results driven Retail Manager who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a drive for delivering world class customer service.

As a Concession Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Driving customer service standards
Delivering sales and ensuring site profitability
Training, coaching and developing your team
Maintaining company and brand standards
Creating a customer centric environmentThe new Concession Manager

We want a manager with energy, personality, drive and enthusiasm, in return, our client can offer a market leading salary package up to £38,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus bonus which is currently being earned easily in like for like stores, 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private dental/healthcare and optical cover; as well as staff discount and various other benefits.
