We have an exciting opportunity for a bi-lingual, Japanese speaking purchasing Coordinator to join a large, successful home-known brand at their UK head office in Milton Keynes.
The successful applicant will ideally be fluent in Japanese and English with a background in purchasing administration.
Job Specification
As a Senior Purchasing Coordinator, your role will be to:
Create and maintain correct information of machine tools on the ERP system
Manage and maintain forecasts
Create, maintain and update product orders on the ERP system
Create budget information of products each month
Maintain product stock levels to meet business needs.
Be a point of contact to suppliers regarding orders and issues As well as the above, you may also:
Distribute new product information to the company marketing teams
Create monthly budgets report for finance
