Does anyone really know the difference between a Porter and a Stout?

Vinny and Ted are HIRING. Our bottleshop in Chalfont St Peter is due to open in March and we require a Bar Manager and casual staff to man Ted’s Taps and create a fantastic atmosphere for our customers to enjoy

Some bar experience would be preferable but the main qualities we need are a passion for craft beer and a great customer service attitude. The rest we can teach you.

Vinny and ted have big plans for the future including expanding into more locations and this is an ideal time to join us at the start of our journey.

Working closely with the owners responsibilities will include:

Sourcing a range of beers from our key suppliers

Managing employees, planning the staff rota and recruitment

Being on top of stock levels and deliveries

Ensuring a smooth running of the bar

THE PERSON WILL:

Have a passion and knowledge of craft beer

Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and great team work

Be passionate about great service and the guest journey

Be keen to learn and develop

Working hours will be 40-45 hours a week. Tues -Sat.

SALARY

£26-30,000 depending on experience.
