Connect Appointments are currently recruiting for a Shift Leader within the de-kit operation side for a well-established waste management company.

The job role will involve:

Managing a small team across three parts of the campus to help and support the de-kit operation as well as the below duties

* Making sure all health and safety requirements are complied with

* Ensuring all waste volumes are tracked and correctly recorded

* Supporting ongoing projects

* Haz spotting

* Doing shift handovers

* Training new starters

* Reporting directly into the site supervisor – updates on absenteeism

The hours will be 14.00 – 22.00 Friday – Tuesday with overtime available (7.5 hours per week)

Hourly rate of £11-12.50 per hour (including overtime paid at the same rate)
