Our client, is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior manager – Strategy & PLanningto join their team. This role is an immediate start for 10 weeks, working 37hrs a week, this is working from home and equipment will be supplied. The hourly rate is £21.58ph – equating to £41,526pa.

The role will lead on creating and driving the annual planning timetable and activity, facilitating the engagement of colleagues in the development and maintenance of plans and strategies. To include horizon scanning activity, interpretation/articulation to others of the university planning and strategy requirements and coordination of the IET's response to these requirements.

Essential Skills;

Working knowledge and experience of strategy development.
An analytical mind, able to think laterally to solve problems make sound, evidence-based decisions, and work confidently on own initiative.
