We have a number of exciting opportunities for enthusiastic, experienced SME Sales Executives to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.
We are recruiting across the U.K and Scotland. This position offers uncapped commision, and is home-based. Travel would predominantly be across a defined geographical area, plus occasional National travel according to business requirements.
How you will make a difference as an SME Sales Executive in Securitas:
Achieve set monthly targets in respect of new business generation in a professional, profitable, and easy to do business way.
Identify, develop and close sales through sustained prospecting and activity. Fully understand the business, buying and decision-making process of the prospects as well as developing effective relationships within larger defined prospects.
Active participation, when required or requested, in all team activities including business planning, market intelligence feedback, field activities and adhoc reporting requests.
Understand and sell the SME product portfolio as defined by the company and maintain a high level of knowledge as these product solutions develop.
Provide accurate detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts, ensure all information is kept up to date on the company CRM and daily updating of the sales pipeline.
Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the market, including industry, competitors and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and acted upon.
Interface with internal departments, as required, to ensure that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Provide a professional handover of accounts as necessary on a timely basis.
The sale of packaged solutions to the SME market encompassing set products to meet the need and risk profile of the location
Working in collaboration with the UK marketing and tele marketing function.
Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner at all times.
Actively prospecting new business and undertake any other duties as directed.Essential Skills
Right to work in the UK and provide a 5-year checkable history.
UK Driving Licence.
Proactive ability to negotiate, be confident in communicating well (both verbally and in written form) and networking.
Able to quickly establish good relationships with clients and staff.
Attend events where applicable and authorised.Our team must be professional, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.
