Buckinghamshire County Council are looking for experienced Senior Social Workers on a Locum basis for their Children's Help & Protection Team. This Team is separate to their main court working team and deals with Child In Need and Child Protection work.
The Help & Protection Team offers direct intervention work for Families subject to Child Protection and Child In Need cases. The main aim of the Team is to work with the families in order to increases resilience and keep the family together by offering a Therapeutic approach to their direct Family work.
Offering flexibility in working from home it is not essential to be in the office, however as there are several located throughout the area they are easily accessible if needs be.
What are the requirements?
2 Years Post Qualifying experience
HCPC registrationWhat sets you apart from the crowd?
Previous experience within CP/CIN and Court working Teams
Strong Assessment skills and experience
Ability to be self-motivated with strong organisational skills as working remotely
Be able to organise and prioritise admin and reports of your caseload, within given timescalesWhat do you get?
