They are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their Academic Services Team until 28th October 2022 on an FTC contract.
Paying between £42,149 – £50,296 per annum dependent on experience, working a 37 hour week. This role will be flexible working with travel to Milton Keynes when required and equipment is provided.
The role
The AL Contract Change Programme (ALCCP) is responsible for the successful transition of over 5,000 Associate Lecturers from workers on casual contracts to permanent employees of the Open University. This will end casualisation for colleagues who are at the heart of our relationship with our students.
The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in building the capability of the ALCCP to deliver change and improvement effectively. Reporting to the Programme Manager, it is an exciting, varied role, helping to shape important decisions at all levels and requiring close working with the workstreams in the programme.
The ideal candidate will have effective leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills, and be creative, pragmatic and proactive. They will be experienced in delivering projects/change in complex environments.
