Walters people are currently working with a desirable organisation based in Milton Keynes for the recruitment of a Resourcing Advisor. This is a 9 month FTC to cover a maternity leave.

The main duties of the role are to support the Senior Resourcing Advisor with all HR projects in talent and development or resourcing.
This role offers a wide variety of duties, the ideal candidate will be a skilled resourcing professional that has a proven track record of working closely with line managers and HR Business Partners.
The main duties will include
Advising and managing applicants through the process
Advertising roles and sourcing candidates
Clearly managing stakeholder expectations
Ensure that resource planning requirements are delivered on in line with agreed timescales and phases
Application of employment legislation and good practice in all activities
Screen CVs and update candidates on the recruitment and selection processes
Work closely with hiring managers to determine current and future resourcing requirements
Arranging meeting rooms and venues
Provide management information and data as requiredMust Have

Experience working within a resourcing role
Able to communicate with HR Business Partners and line managers
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
