The Role

We are looking Sourcing Specialists to join the Resourcing team at AMS for a range of clients. You will use innovative sources as well as your own extensive network and networking skills to identify and engage with specialist candidates and will be highly credible when engaging with such candidates in order to best solicit applications. Working across a range of job families including Finance, IT, Policy, HR, Engineering & project management, you’ll support a variety of contracting authorities with their hiring requirements.

The role is a Remote (Home based) Fixed Term assignment lasting 6 months.

Key accountabilities

* Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with recruitment support

* Advertise all live roles on job boards and comapny website

* Proactively source candidates via various routes to market – LinkedIn and CV databases

* Screen candidates and send all relevant docs

* Send shortlist to Recruiters via the ATS

* Tag / pipeline all candidates for future roles

Skills & experience

* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with regularly changing priorities.

* Experience of direct sourcing, able to proactively source candidates utilising a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites)

* Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
