Programme Management Office Manager / PMO Manager

High Wycombe / Beaconsfield

Salary: £47,000 per annum

Contract: 12 month fixed term contract

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Our client are embarking on a major digital transformation programme and they require a PMO manager with highly developed PMO skills to support the programme.

The role will include the successful implementation of PMO strategy and services /deliverables. You’ll provide project planning, resource forecasting, Risks management, benefits management and logs for all projects within the portfolio.

You will work closely on a daily basis with the Head of Portfolio & Programmes and the Project Managers, providing a hands-on planning, governance and support services to project and programme managers.

With a background in managing a PMO, you’ll have experience of high priority, complex, business and IT programmes and projects. With the ability to tailor PMO and project management techniques to the needs of the environment, you will have experience of the management of effective governance, including the planning, post-meeting actions and follow up, and the ability to record accurate and concise minutes.
