Private Sector Housing Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a local authority in Buckinghamshire as a Private Sector Housing Officer.

This busy local authority is looking for an individual who is highly experienced and can hit the ground running.

The successful applicant will hold a Certificate of Registration with the Environmental Health Registration Board or equivalent.

As a successful Private Sector Housing Officer, you will undertake the following duties:

Carry out a wide range of investigation and enforcement duties in respect to the full range of private rented housing sector and premises in multiple occupation (HMO)
Effectively carry out casework and projects in any relevant work area under the direction of the relevant Team Manager.
Keep up to date of and follow all relevant Council procedures in relation to the work of Private Sector Housing.Role: Private Sector Housing Officer

£30 -£35/hour
37 hours/week
3-month contract (possibility of extension)
