We have an exciting opportunity for a Contractor Escort on behalf of our client Gov Facility Services. The environment can be a challenging but rewarding one. The role is in on a temporary contract but due to the high demand of work this opportunity will be long term and you will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position or to register your interest in other roles within the prison.

You will be working with and supporting the security team. Responsible for escorting visitors and building contractors throughout the prison and outside areas. Other duties will include but not be limited to:

Escorting contractors
Checking & searching visitors
Radio handling
Stores duties
Routine administrative work
Contractor tool checks
Searching buildings
Following Health & Safety procedures No qualifications or previous experience is necessary. Full training will be provided by the site. However, it is essential that you are able to communicate effectively.

To be able to work for our client, it is essential that you have the ability to pass the Enhanced Level 1 (EL1) or Enhanced Level 2 (EL2) HMPPS Security Vetting process. If you are successful at interview, then this will involve attending a separate appointment at the prison.

If you already hold a current EL1 or EL2, previous CTC clearance or have worked in that environment before, we are looking to speak to you!
