Our client is looking for an experienced commercial Operational leader who is looking to expand their role across additional disciplines in the Supply Chain Management industry. The ideal candidate would bring a background of working in, and developing, customer centric organisations that create a level of customer experience where our clients will feel that we are truly there to help maximise their use of our services in a low effort way. The services delivered and internal systems within our operations and supplier management teams are heavily data based which lends itself strongly towards supporting a truly data driven approach to Customer Services and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will be able to evidence that they have the knowledge, experience and driven to fully leverage the capability they will have available to them.

The ideal candidate will have been in an operational role involved in Customer Success and will want to play a key role in growth strategy over the next 3-4 years.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Previous working experience in operational roles for 10 years+

* Able to evidence the management of Customer Service functions based around a Customer Centric approach

* Excellent organizational development experience and knowledge of business process improvement or redesign

* Sound commercial acumen and be able to manage budgets sufficiently for c-suite review

* Have the ability to positively represent the company externally at a senior customer level

* Strategic project management capabilities with a strong commercial focus

* Experience with business growth and transformation and leading change management initiatives

* Solid “hands-on” operational experience in managing and setting direction

* Building fit-for-purpose governance and internal business communications channels

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills, and stakeholder management ability.
