Do you have what it takes to be a National Operations Manager. This role can be based anywhere in the UK.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a National Operations Manager to work with one our most prestigious clients (BAE Systems) on a Permanent basis.
The key puropse to the National Operations Manager role is to advise, support and lead the BAE Management vision in the delivery of operational compliance and their pursuit of Service Excellence whilst adding value to the BAE proposition across the Security, Fire & Safety and Reception Services.
The National Operations Manager will be expected to advise, support and lead the client's vision in the delivery of operational compliance and their pursuit of an excellent client experience while adding value to the client proposition.

As the National Operations Manager you will be expected to provide a central point of contact for senior BAE Systems stakeholders and personnel to ensure a sound platform and management interface regarding strategic communication, financial performance, contract adherence, 'Performance Measure' and reporting via a centralised BI reporting platform. Ensuring compliance with Securitas company procedures, relevant client processes, industry, and statutory requirements.
To contribute to the effectiveness of the Securitas UK team through responsibilities and participation in initiatives that supports the development of the business in the UK.
Main Responsibilities :
Deliver results from the Account that meet or exceed agreed Business Plans; Budgets and Forecasts through full responsibility for the P&L and effective use of Account Management by:
Ensure regular meetings with customers, assessment of satisfaction and compliance with contractual and SLA requirements.
Capture of additional profitable revenue opportunities where these arise and do not impact core Portfolio service.
Close monitoring and management of all direct costs to maximize efficiency at service levels appropriate to each contract.
Ensure accuracy of all operational and sales management data;
Responsible for the overall contract compliance.
Be a senior POC for BU Heads of Security in line with the services specified within the Supplies Umbrella Agreement.
Build an excellent multi- layered relationship with clients, ensuring that there is an open, honest, proactive, and innovative approach
Ensure all health & safety standards and requirements are fulfilled across all client locations within scope of the contract.
Ensure the Securitas strategy is adopted by the entire Account Team
Ensure that the client is kept up to date with all new industry and Securitas developments and identifies Securitas as a Knowledge leader.
Be a knowledge leader in both Security and Health & Safety, lead and influence the client in this area.
Ensure that the service solution mitigates the clients Risk To as Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
Ensure that all projects and transition processes are monitored closely to keep to deadlines and operational requirements.
Essential Skills
Based in the UK
UK Nationality with ability to hold a Security Check (SC)
5 plus years' experience in Account Management
IOSH H&S qualifications
Experience in risk management
Experience of working in a high-risk security environment
Flexible and innovative approach with excellent communication skills
Full driving licence & ability to travel extensively throughout the UK
Experience in managing security operations nationally
Experience of integration technology and driving innovation
Experience of leading culturally diverse teams to achieve a common goal
Experience of working with and developing effective BI dashboards
