I am currently working with a client side organisation who are recruiting for an Interim Building Surveyor. Condition surveying, dilapidation's report and project managing minor projects under £100k in value, all on commercial properties. Client is hoping the role will be outside of IR35.

My client is a public sector client side organisation in the Oxfordshire area, where it has 200+ commercial properties.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Interim Building Surveyor are:

– Completing condition reports and dilapidation reports on nominated commercial buildings

– Project managing minor projects under £100k on the commercial portfolio.

Profile

Ideally have experience of interacting with public sector organisations.

Have completed condition surveyors, dilapidation surveys and project management services on the commercial portfolio.

Happy to work remotely apart from one day a week near Oxfordshire.

Job Offer

Hopefully outside IR35 – 6 month contract – good rate and good flexible working
