Tempting Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a Social Housing Provider to recruit a Improvement Specialist.
  
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-Time
Contract: Permanent

OVERVIEW

This role works as part of my clients Potential Pod, where the focus is about not only supporting their teams across the Operational Hub to deliver excellent services, but also to challenge and drive business improvements and explore opportunities.

As part of the Improvement team you will play a key role in helping them to continually improve their services, leading and delivering on operational projects.
  
JOB DETAILS

Be someone who can deliver excellent results for the business – project managing and delivering key improvement activity.
Be creative and customer focussed, you will thrive on unravelling problems and addressing them with bold solutions, and you will be capable of doing so at speed
Ensure with all our improvement activity we remain compliant with regulations and legislation
Take a solutions focussed approach, ensuring solutions are optimised for our customers and the whole business
Undertaking and delivering on business improvement activity ensuring that where needed quick wins are identified and implemented for the benefit of our customers and teams
Delivering improvement activity on time and to budget, with strong governance and risk controls
Ensuring that we remain compliant with regulations and legislation through robust management JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, from a social housing sector role with sound knowledge on key service areas
A place where you will have been known for being someone who delivers strong results – a completer finisher
You’ll have strong project management skills both as a project manager and project lead – the ability to ensure a structured approach to our improvement activity – ensuring we have the resources, skills to deliver what we need
You will understand what the business needs, and work to deliver, ensuring we keep our business fit for purpose and sector leading
