The authority requires the successful candidate to have:
Up to date HRA 2018 knowledge
Experience handling caseloads and issuing/ reviewing S184 decision making
Good working knowledge of the homelessness legislation
Experience dealing with S.202 and Private Sector Lettings
Working fully remote for the duration of the contract
Housing Act 1996 Part 6&7 knowledge

The budget is roughly in line with the market trend and interviews will take place from the 4th-7th of March with a 14th of March start date! The contract will run for 3-6 months.
