A Buckinghamshire based client of mine is looking to recruit an experienced Housing Options Officer. The authority requires the successful candidate to have:

Up to date HRA 2018 knowledge
Over 4 years experience handling caseloads and issuing S184 decision making
Experience dealing with backlog and live cases consisting of about 25-35
Ability to work remote and come on site for 2 days a week
Equipment will be provided for the 3 days remote working
Housing Act Part 6&7 1996 necessary
