Our Client in Housing Services is looking for a Housing Officer that can work Fully Remotely, the office is based in Newport. They are looking for someone who has the following experience:

Housing Management
Rent collection processes
Knowledge on the benefits system
Own car to be able to travelKey Tasks:

As one of our Housing Officers you will be responsible for delivering housing services directly to the residents on your patch. You will be expected to meet key performance targets and deliver our customer service standards in rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, lettings, void management, customer satisfaction and community events. All our Housing Officers work independently over a large geographical area managing a very varied and rewarding workload.
