HOME COUNTIES – 3 MONTHS – FOOD SAFETY/ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH FOOD

I am working with a local authority client in the Home Counties seeking a Food Safety or Environmental Health Officer for a 3 month rolling contract.

You will need to be competent and legally able to conduct Food Hygiene based inspections of various levels of risk within a local authority to be considered. This means you will be EHORB/EHRB registered or have the relevant certificates in place as a Technical Officer.

There would not be a requirement to attend site each day and exisiting staff are currently undertaking part of inspections, where able to, from home over the phone in order to limit the amount of time spent on site.

Rates will DOE but the client can pay up to £36 per hour umbrella.
