Finegreen are currently assisting a large healthcare organisation in the recruitment of an Executive Administrator to support our Chief Financial Officer.

This is an interim post for 3 – 6 months, working in the South East Coast County with a mix of on-site and remote working. The hourly rate will be £21.21, working inside IR35 (through an umbrella solution). 

The post holder is required to work is a dynamic and demanding environment, providing highly effective Executive Administration support to senior management. 

Main Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive business and administrative support, assisting with the administrative systems and processes;
Utilise personal judgment to plan and manage diary commitments ensuring equal balance and best use of time for meeting commitments;
Draft all correspondence on behalf of senior management, tracking progress on incoming and outgoing email traffic;
Receive and action all correspondence and enquiries for action, drafting correspondence accordingly;
Meeting agenda preparations, transcribing and minute taking;
Handling potentially contentious information/documents with diplomacy and tact;
Compose management reports/ briefings;
Development and implementation of administrative and managerial policies and work procedures within the Executive Function to ensure that high standards are set and maintained.
A successful candidate will have:

Must have experience within the NHS/ healthcare sector; 
Secretarial Diploma or equivalent level of administrative knowledge through experience;
Excellent use of systems, processes and procedures in relation to administration within the NHS; 
Experience of taking and transcribing formal minutes;
Draft documents and manage data; 
Demonstrates good time management, organisational skills and excellent customer service.
