About the role:
The Customer Relocations Coordinator will coordinate customer relocations, responding to changes in customer circumstances that require a home move or changes to their tenancy.
This role involves a lot of administration with regards to the Choice Based Lettings contract which ends May 2021.
What they’re looking for:
Previous involvement in the delivery of allocations and tenancy management services.
Working knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy conditions and allocations systems.
A team worker who can deliver outstanding customer focussed services.
Previous experience of dealing with customers who may be in crisis or experiencing high levels of stress.
The ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Good IT skills to include experience and use of Microsoft Excel.
