We are recruiting for SC and DV cleared Business Change Managers to join our exceptional central government client based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for heading up and facilitating the business change aspects of some large scale projects, working along side the programme and delivery leads to ensure that the change aspects are addressed and managed effectively.

Strategic BC management

Plan/implement of strategic change initiatives: e.g.:
liaison with senior business sponsors communicate/consult on strategic intent
Build/implement sponsorship plans, establish active buy-in.
Upskill/support leadership 'leading change'
Production of associated artefacts.
Oversight/assurance – programme change activities e.g.: resistance, change fatigue etc.
Oversight / production / implement strategic communications strategies and associated artefacts
Production of BC artefacts e.g.: change readiness analyses, change fatigue analyses, sponsorship planning & analyses, change heat maps

Programme / Project business change management

Plan/implement BC activities e.g.:
Communications
Change impact analyses
Learning & Development & Coaching planning and execution
Transition planning / management
Benefits management planning
Resistance analyses and mitigation planning
Work with function owners coach in leading change
Production of ad-hoc BC artefacts e.g. change readiness assessment, resistance assessments, change management plans, communications.
Use of Prosci BC approach

In return:

You will be working in a challenging and quirky environment with some of the best minds in the country. Contracted for 12 months initially with a possibly to extend thereafter. You'll be challenged and pushed to succeed and will have autonomy to make changes with the Risk owner.
