Required Skills
Working collaboratively with established staff to design future process notes and communications to global customers through delivery of new ERP system. This officer will need to provide strong help to Business Process Owners in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across the UK FCDO site, so that new processes are defined and communicated to users across the globe.

Excellent communication skills
Experience of process design
Experienced user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Have worked in a front-line customer service role demonstrating excellent people skills
Experience of Purchase To Pay processes
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
The ability to deliver at pace and under pressure whilst managing competing priorities and delivering to short
and often changing deadlines to meet the needs of internal and external customers
Be able to show resilience and maintain quality delivery in circumstances that can be changeable but stimulating
Work well on own initiative as well as part of a busy operational team
Able to provide clear direction and instructions to customers and colleagues of all levels both orally and in writing
Have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver through, develop and influence relationships both internally with colleagues at all levels and external stakeholders
