An exciting opportunity has arisen, supporting a Healthcare organisation as an Administrator, working in the HR Department.
This is an interim post for 3 months initially with an hourly rate of £11.00 – £14.00, working Inside IR35 (through an umbrella solution). This is a hybrid working role for on-site and remote working based in South East England.
The post holder will support the Senior HR Manager in the implementation of the vaccination of deployment programme (VCOD) ensuring the organisation is compliant with statutory guidance, policies and procedures and best practice.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administration support for the senior HR team;
Co-ordinate and administer the VCOD re-deployment pool as directed by the team, ensuring all administration duties are completed within a timely manner;
Develop an excel database to administer the redeployment process in line with the organisations guidance;
Ensuring smooth running of redeployment process/pool, adhering to VCOD guidance, communicating with staff affected with compassion and sensitivity, administration of correspondence and associated processes;
Ensure national timescales are met regarding VCOD programme.
A successful candidate will have:
Must have experience within the NHS/ a healthcare setting;
Extensive administration skills, able to manage workload, take direction and hit tight timescales;
Good time management and organisational skills;
Professional manner and able to deal with sensitive and confidential matters.
