2 x Covid Response Officers – 6 Months – Buckinghamshire – Rate DOE

G2 Recruitment are working with a Local Authority client of ours on 2 x Covid-19 response officers to support the efforts in the management of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Responsibilities:-

Visiting premises & businesses across the district to carry out random checks and follow up on any reported concerns, on the implementation of Government guidelines in response to COVID-19
Providing advice and guidance to businesses on the measures required in order to be compliant with Government guidelines and refer any non-compliance to the Council enforcement team and follow up any advised action.
Contacting businesses and other organisations including schools when notified of a positive case/s and offer support and guidance on procedures which need to be followed. Timely referral of any case/s which cause concern to Public Health
Supporting the local test and trace response for COVID-19 which can involve undertaking welfare calls in person or by phone with residents who have receive a positive test result or who have been in contact with someone who has received a positive test to ensure they understand the Government guidance and what they need to do
Supporting the roll out and management of large-scale testing sites which can include helping individuals administering tests and processing the test for analysis
Supporting the NHS-led vaccination programme roll out as directed which may include contacting residents to make, arrangements for the vaccination
