A leading Housing Association are looking to recruit a Voids Surveyor on an ongoing contract basis. The role is suited to a Surveyor with experience working in Voids, and will cover a patch of properties in Milton Keynes/Oxford with some properties in North London. This is a Mon – Friday position and is paying a competitive hourly rate of £20-£22 Umbrella.

Description

This role is suited to a Surveyor with a background in Void Properties. The role will include:

Specification of Works
Pre and Post Works Inspections
Sign Offs
Overseeing works to completionProfile

The successful candidate will have a background in Surveying with:

Experience working in Void Properties
Ideally experience within Social Housing
Knowledge on relevant legislation/regulations
Excellent communication skills
Full UK License and access to a vehicle

Job Offer

This role has an immediate start and is an ongoing contract. There is scope for the role to go permanent also.

As well as a competitive hourly rate of £20-£22 Umbrella, all mileage is covered. The role is a Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm position.
