Rocasa Consulting are currently recruiting for an experience Housing / Lettings Manager or Leader to provide support.

Looking for a candidate who can provide effective housing and tenancy management for the Oxford and Milton Keynes property portfolio and tenants.

Pay Rate £15ph – £18ph via umbrella DOE

You will be:

* To provide an effective allocations, tenancy management and support service to Real Lettings tenants for tenancy sustainment and move on

* To carry out efficient housing management duties including portfolio supervision and maintenance inspections for our properties.

* To ensure accurate information management for monitoring systems, health and safety compliance and service performance reporting

* Develop and maintain good working partnerships with internal & external stakeholders.

* To provide line management support to service delivery staff

The ideal candidate will have majority of below:

* Experience of housing or property management

* Experience of developing, building and maintaining effective internal and external partnerships, at a range of level

* Experience of providing excellent customer service and managing complex & difficult situations in relation to people.

* Experience of assessing the support needs of vulnerable clients

* Managing of over seeing a team in a Senior Position
