Advancing People are working closely with an established business within the property sector who are looking for a proven Developer Surveyor due to expansion, in Bedford.

Our client is flexible on where you can be located if you are willing to travel across Bedfordshire and East Anglia in the role.

This rarely available senior role will offer huge variety and scope to be involved with a large area of land and property development opportunity across the region.

Consulting with land and property owners you will be looking to work closely with clients, developers and planners to maximise the chance of planning being granted for developments, whilst maximising the value of the ultimate sale.

Our client can offer an enviable portfolio of clients that will be receptive to potential development opportunities for their land and/or properties.

This is not a traditional Surveying role but much more of a consultative sales-focused role, starting with initial consultation, liaison with clients, planning departments and developers, through to completion.

Our client is looking for someone that has a proven track record of dealing with developments and/or Land specifically from start to finish, you could have a background of either:

Surveying

Or

Land and Development Sales

Ideally you will be RICS Qualified, with experience of strategic land development.

The salary available for this role will be very competitive and is negotiable depending on experience, with excellent career opportunities available within the group.
