We are currently working on an exciting Centre Manager position at a large retail and leisure scheme in Buckinghamshire! The centre has a fantastic mix of fashion led retail, F&B and entertainment tenants and is a cornerstone of the local town centre. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step up from an Operations Manager role or a Centre Manager position at a smaller scheme! The centre is an important part of on of the UK's leading managing agents' portfolios.

Role:

Support the Centre Director to manage, market and operate the Centre to the very highest of professional standards.
Conceive and implement placemaking events
Develop strong relationships with all Tenants.
Be the 'face' of the Centre within the local community and to develop strong community links.
Managing facilities on site to ensure that the Centre is maintained to an excellent operational standard and contractors are carrying out their work to an appropriate standard.
Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with the local business community, council/government authorities and any other local organisation that may assist with the future development of the centre.Requirements:

Experience as an Operations Manager or Centre Manager at a small – medium sized shopping centre
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
