They are looking for a driven, energetic, and motivational individual capable of driving a sales team in a high volume, fast paced environment whilst supporting the current management team in all aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities/skills include:

• Lead from the front

• Help build market share

• Help run a centre of excellence developing the next generation of talent

• Confident and comfortable in managing a large team

• Be able to meet set personal targets alongside meeting the business targets

Requirements:

• Proven residential sales experience of more than 2 years

• Track record of residential sales success

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Flexible approach to workload and able to work under pressure
