Sales Executive needed for a fast growing property management software company whose head office is in London. Their SaaS PropTech solution has taken off like a storm in the property lettings, student housing and commercial rentals software market, and is doing brilliantly against the competition.
They are looking for someone who has a couple of years' experience selling SaaS B2B software solutions in a fast moving environment, is passionate about cloud technology and has genuine interest in the PropTech market. You think outside the box, and are constantly looking for ways to improve your approach. The job is remote from home (Milton Keynes is not relevant), or you can base yourself in the London office; they have grown to over 40 people in their first few years of business, and are very well funded. £30-40k salary, with an uncapped OTE of £55k in your first year.
The product is briliant. It is a comprehensive cloud based block management, student housing and commercial and residential property management platform, fully functional on mobile and tablet and it covers occupancy on-boarding, rent schedules, property viewings, applicant management, accounting (through full integration with Xero and QuickBooks), reference checking, late payments, tenancy checks, maintenance & repairs, task scheduling, contractor invoicing, work scheduling and much more. The dashboards and portals are easy to use, and it has great interfaces.
You will deal with inbound enquiries and calls that come from online sources as well as generating your own new leads through phone and email campaigns, introducing the product to new customers, understanding their business model and processes, and demonstrating to C-Level Executives, how the solution will fit with their needs. You will also get involved in up-selling integrations, new releases and add-ons to existing clients.
Who are you?
2 years' + successfully selling SaaS B2B application software solutions
Experience of working in the property market, or of selling real estate software, or property management or maintenance, estate agency, or property rentals solutions, would be a bonus
You develop, nurture and maintain long term relationships, winning & retaining your clients
Happy and confident dealing with C Level Executives
Able to identify the most relevant and valuable features of a solution that will transform each customers' business
You get to know the value of your product thoroughly and you sell it to your clients' needs
Keen to attend exhibitions and conferences to understand the property software market and network with people
Target and results driven, you are hungry, you love consultative selling and you thrive in a performance based role
