Holding responsibility for the delivery of responsive/void inspections across Social Housing properties.

Description

Delivery of all responsive and some planned maintenance activities across a patch of properties.
Carrying out inspections and advising on works to be undertaken.
Ensuring that all works are undertaken in safe and CDM compliant manner.
Investigating and resolving building related defects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Produce specifications/schedules of works.
Managing complaints and general legal matters.Profile

Customer service orientated personality
Proven experience of delivering a responsive and planned maintenance service
Full understanding of CDM compliance
